Liverpool Dominate West Ham in Premier League Clash
Reds Claim Convincing Victory at Anfield
Liverpool 3-1 West Ham United
Liverpool produced a dominant display to secure a 3-1 victory over West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon. The Reds were in control from the outset and took the lead through Mohamed Salah's 20th-minute strike. Trent Alexander-Arnold doubled the advantage just before the break with a stunning free-kick, and Joel Matip added a third in the second half to seal the win.
West Ham, who had won their previous two Premier League games, struggled to cope with Liverpool's intensity and quality. The Hammers pulled a goal back through Michail Antonio in the 67th minute, but it was not enough to prevent Liverpool from claiming all three points and moving to within two points of leaders Arsenal.
Liverpool's victory was their eighth in their last nine Premier League games and extended their unbeaten run to 20 matches. The Reds are now firm favorites to challenge for the title this season, while West Ham remain in the bottom half of the table.
