Mages Victory is the morning-line favorite at 5-1 after winning the Wood Memorial in his final prep race. The Todd Pletcher-trained colt has won three of his four career starts and is the only horse in the field with a Grade 1 victory.
Other contenders include Epicenter (6-1), Zandon (8-1), and Simplification (10-1). Epicenter won the Louisiana Derby in his last start, while Zandon was second in the Blue Grass Stakes. Simplification won the Fountain of Youth Stakes earlier this year.
